I can confidently state that I have been observing this forum for over 3 years. Let me reiterate: observing.

I haven't left a single message until today.

I have been exploring and continue to explore the crypto-betting market, gaining experience.

With this experience, I believe I have the right to both criticize and praise organizations in this industry.

After studying the thread, I decided to trust you and test this site.

Here's my experience:

I made 2 small deposits: $40 and $50.

I placed 7 in-play sports bets, each with an amount of $20-25.

I won 2 bets but lost the next 5.
I replenished after balance zeroing for another 70$ and immediately caught the cut of limits to 1$ per market on all sports.
Of course, they didn't allow me to withdraw the $70 USDT. Initially, they informed me that I needed to complete the KYC.

Submitting a photo of my passport wasn't enough. They demanded proof of my residential address, such as a bank statement or utility bill in my name.

Well, I provided them with all the required documents, and my account was fully verified. I then submitted another withdrawal request, only to be rejected again, stating that I needed to wager the deposit amount.
I found myself in a complete trap since, as a reminder, my betting limits were reduced to $1.
To my objection that I would need to make 70 bets at these limits - I was offered to go to their casino.
I wagered $70 at the casino.

Even that wasn't enough for them.

I wagered an additional $10.

But the system kept denying my withdrawal request.
Meanwhile, the live chat support kept asking me to wait while they checked the information.

After spending an entire day on the casino and chatting with the support, they eventually refunded my initial deposit.

My overall experience was negative.
I went in to bet on sports. And in the end I spent the whole evening playing in the casino (which, by the way, I don't play at all) to get my deposit back.
This company is utterly repugnant. If interested I can provide screenshots, but correspondence with support in Russian.

And after 7 bets, where 5 were losing - you cut my limit. To which your support team replied: "the system automatically did it".
And now answer me, who created this system and customized it, if not you yourself?

 Except for negativity - you deserve nothing, with such an attitude to a new client.

You create a trap for the customer contribution of funds.
And not being able to keep an honest bet on sports.
Then disconnect sports betting if you are not able or do not want to bet.

I hope that my message will drive at least one player away from you and save his time and money.

And a "blind fool like me" - the next person who tries you as a bookmaker - will agree with me completely.

And now yourself adequately give yourself and assessment and answer the question: who is your client, if the bet of 25$ - for you is not possible.

You have not answered any of my questions, the first of which was about the "system".
My observation earlier was enough for a message in which a man mentioned that you have withdrawn such a significant amount of money to him. You don't have to worry about that.
Why do you block him and me after only a few bets?
And I hasten to disappoint you - his comment also does not show you in the best light.

And the next question was: who is your client? After all, you that big or small bets do not suit you. Why do you need a section "sports" then?
Where did your powers of observation go at that moment?

Apparently your company doesn't have the budget to handle sports betting.
You didn't even ask about my account ID or email, because you know exactly who is writing to you. This only means that you have very few customers.

I want to assure you that with further such activity and communication - you will not have more clients.

I'll watch for another 30 years if I see fit.

I am still grateful to you for eventually withdrawing my funds. Even though I spent an hour in the casino instead of the 3 sports bets I wanted to make originally.
I have no complaints about the verification or customer service.
My main complaint is with the sports betting service.
And the wagering of the deposit only in the casino.
