But they still went further to say that Doctors aren't sure if the benefits are because of the alcohol or the healthy lifestyle of minimal drinkers.
Therefore, if you don't drink, don't start for the sake of your heart. Eating healthy and exercising can do the trick.
And if you already drink too much, don't use the healthy benefits as an excuse because they negative effects outweighs the good.
