Azizi Bhai muje pata nahe ye discussion kis base pe start huwe maagr ye bath belkul sahi hai k neend k waqt rooh jism se qabz kar li jathe hai aur ye Surah zumar k 42 number ayat k zahir se yahi maloom hotha hai. ab sawal ye paida hotha hai k per insan sans kaise letha ha tho bhai eska jawab ullama ne ye dia k neend k waqt mukammal rooh qabz nahe hothe bal k kuch shuae(rays) baqi rehte hai aur wo aalam misali ma jatha ha aur ye ek alag topic ha es liye deep ma nahe jaathe bas etna smj jana chaiye k rooh ka thaluq baqi rehta hai jis se sans etc letha ha magar ikhtiari his se ghafil hotha hai aur dunia k baqi kaamo se ghafil hotha hai aur Khawb ka dar omadar b es par ha.
Acha tek ha ma ne waise ye sunna ta ke neend ma banda adha mar jata ha pushto ma kehte ha na (khub neem marg de) per ma es bare ma confuse ta ke pir banda saans kaise laita ha, khuwab kaise daikta ha ya pir yaqdam se achank kasie uat jata ha . JunaidAzizi bhai ap b es ayat ko ak barr zaroor par li jiyaa ga ap k knowledge mai b azafa ho jayee ga.
Ma Sha Allah buhat acha kaam keia ha aap ne ke direct ayat ka link de deia , assani huwi warna muje ye ayat dhooond kar pir pharni ti. Allah aap ko khush rakee. Ayat ma ne phar lee ha abi tu es hawale se mind clear ho geya ha Alhumdulilah.

Neend mein chalna ek bimari nahi hosakti science ny is ko somnambulism ya sleepwalking k name Sy  jaani jaati hai. Ye aksar stress, thakan ya neend ki poori tarah se na aane ki wajah se ho sakta hai. Isse bachne ke liye aapko apni neend ki quality ka dhyaan rakhna chahiye aur stress ko kam karne ki koshish karni chahiye.
Pata nahe as i am not a science student , han kabi ta ek zamane ma hahah ab es ke leye neend ki kami ko dur karna hoga tu according to the doctors ke din ma 6 gante neend ek bande ke leye kafi ha os ke healthy life ke leye tu ab kia ye log din ma 6 gante be nahe soo sakte , As agr mera view leya jaye tu ye neend ki waja sa nahe hota agr ek bande ki neend complete nahe ha tu pir tu es ko aur ache see neend ana chahye i mean ke baghir kessi karwat badle ye kuch gente so sakta ha tu pir es ma chalna kaisa , shaid ye neend ki waja se he na ho kuch be ho sakta ha....
