yes, I think the main problem is avoiding to see reality as it is
many people approach gambling as a way to make easy money or relying on it as income when in reality it should be entertainment.

if it's too hard for someone to stop gambling they should seek help.
We play cards, games, shop, or want to eat something delicious. We all start with the same addiction problem. For example, a child playing a game is just a game. There's no benefit to it, but it can't stop playing because the kid is addicted to the game. Another example is that women are addicted to shopping, and obese people are addicted to food.

Gambling too, and sometimes they don't play for the money. Gamblers already have logic in their 'behavioral addiction.'
Yes there are many examples of addiction and one of those are what you've mentioned above mate. Which is we are all know that Kid is love to play in computer games which is once that kid try to play in that game then he will become an addict to that game so we cannot force them to stop immediately.  And in gambling once a man or a woman try to play in gambling then they can not control themselves then addiction will follow.
