Yes there are many examples of addiction and one of those are what you've mentioned above mate. Which is we are all know that Kid is love to play in computer games which is once that kid try to play in that game then he will become an addict to that game so we cannot force them to stop immediately. And in gambling once a man or a woman try to play in gambling then they can not control themselves then addiction will follow.

So, all of that is basically a habit. if we are able to limit excessive habits, the impact will not be too serious.
