Only thing I dont understand is why are they keeping this telegram group alive when there is no activity at all.
Maybe they are planning to rename it in future with some different casino project name and they want to keep number of followers higher than starting from zero.

I think there should be something called owner badge in telegram for person who created telegram group, this is different from admins.
Only owner can delete it.
