Maybe they are busy with the development and updates of the site. The user (shoreno) has also
sent emails to the support, but there was no solution for him as the support didn't replied or helped him to resolve the issue. OP is ignoring the queries here, also the support team isn't giving any response. I have asked about their
license validator link two weeks ago and sent them an email too. But they haven't replied to me, and they haven't updated the validator link on the site.
I haven`t heard back from them in months (have been emailing)...
