I have also experienced gambling ignoring all kinds of commitments that were built beforehand not to gamble every day and not to chase defeats but in reality it was not in accordance with the first commitment and all were defeated with greed and resentment or anger when I lost because I used an amount that was more than I could afford .
But it doesn't matter all of that was a lesson for me so to this day betting using money that can afford to lose is much better and I never regret any defeats and I consider gambling as a place to try my luck even though I know that luck is very small here because it's already I've had in the past.
