Normal to get scared especially if you hold some balances on your wallet since bearish situation gives a lot of stress for many people since no one will be happy to see that their balance decrease in value. But for other who didn't have a balance yet then they must be happy for seeing this event since this is perfect opportunity for them to bought some bitcoin and get lucky when price recover which is commonly happen.

It's pretty simple mate, because if you have a specific target set up then seeing seeing your balance reduce won't be any problem because you know that's not going to be the value of the wallet for long, because it's just the market which is acting on your wallet but you will only have this fear when you plan selling it on a daily basis because some cases when you want to sell you might be greatly affected by the reduction in price. Well as a holder planning on saving coins for long, this should be a time of joy because you can use it to your advantage and gather more coins to your wallrt.
