You have a point, gambling is good but one should have a control over it, I was actually a victim of gambling addiction when I was very small I was introduced by a friend to gamble, so I played and won the first bet and second so I thought I will continue to win before I realized myself all the money I made was gone and still continue believing i will win again before I realized myself again I had already become an addict, so I continued to gamble till when I realized is trying to affect my finance I had to force myself to control it, so that was how I was able to control myself. So is good to gamble but one should have self control and also gambling is not good for children.

Human being is a higher level of animal with a lot of reasoning and conscience. Humans have the ability to re-examine their characters and see if they will have to change some aspect of it. So I am always surprised when someone is gradually going into addiction without knowing about it. If someone is a gambler and your gambling left the level you started it and enters into another level, at least you have to understand that things are no longer the way it used to be and readjust yourself. I am surprised that some people will just be going through the lane of addiction until they are no longer able to come back to normality.
Gambling is not bad, all that is needed is discipline about it.
