Well, this is nicely said and looks sincere to me, but then in the end, if this all will be just words of promise, hopes, things to look forward to, but no actions at all from your side, then its still empty words which is said to always be useless, first of all, I am even wondering what made you guys go silent in the first place, allowing all this accusations brew up, when it could have been melted down before it became or become a major issue to deal with?, now, all this have not only made you guys to lose potential customers, but will also cost you extra work to gain their trust back, and also gain the trust of those who have played on your casino and are angered by some issues you could not resolve on time..
