) chance Trump will spend any time in jail. Please, Learn from history: Nixon stepped down (on August 8, 1974), was "investigated" and never came close to going to jail. In addition, Nixon actually had his Vice-President step down first, so when Nixon picked an un-elected Gerald Ford he was literally choosing the man who would be President when he stepped down.
