All Putin and Progozin did in June is to have a good laugh about what simpletons and chumps you guys are.
For added lulz, they labeled Wagner a 'wanted insurrectionist' or whatever so that when anyone pitched a bitch about Russia's actions anywhere, Putin could just shrug and say it's a Wagner thing and "We feel your pain."
