I have a hard time speaking english, so i am very worried about this call since I dont trust any betting / casino site when i know how they can operate.

I've never been in this situation but no need to worry they just want to verify the identity you sent is real not a fake they will detect your face to match your ID card and don't even think about hiring someone to help you because you could lose everything if detected
what you should know is that no one can force you to speak English fluently unless where you work requires it, if you really need help just use a translator app which can detect word/voice and they will understand if there is a mispronunciation.I even just heard that there is a video call to verify, this is awkward for me personally because I have never experienced this while I was in the world of gambling and I have visited many casinos and verified them.
But this is rollbit we know the reputation is quite good, you don't need to worry about that, maybe it's true that they are tightening security for their users so that there is no data falsification.
That's right, you can use many of the applications available today to detect the language either translating in writing or voice, that might make it easier for you to use English during verification.
