Thanks for providing those screenshot. Maybe the withdrawal confirmation email was an automated system which was sent to you by mistake. They haven't processed your withdrawal as it is still marked as pending on your transaction history. You should reach their email support (
support@0x.bet) to get accurate information about your issue. Live support agents aren't the best option to solve all the issues. Have you reached their email support yet?

ITS A CRYPTO WITHDRAWAL, there is no bank, and its TRON, which is almost instant.
With the first 2 withdrawals there wasnt any issues..., so it feels like excuses.
With this kind of experience, I am guessing, you won't play on this site after you got your funds from them.
This is a not-so-good experience, which is understandably like waiting in vain and you don't know what will come in between.
Tron is one of the alts, supposedly easier to handle when it comes to transactions, so yes, you would wonder why such fuss from them.
I hope the team here would be much more responsive when it comes to this issue because some players are reading on their thread,
