Where the hell did you get such number? Hazard never had 100 million as his salary. His salary on real madrid was around €20 millions. I think that you meant about the transfer fees which was exceeding 100 millions when madrid bought him from chelsea.
He is still having intention to play football. His retirement is quite disappointing for me but since hazard becomes injury prone and he knew what he was doing by retiring even earlier compared to the some players like madrid.

I feel bad for him must try to decide it when his age is not too old to play football. Hazard might be feeling so frustrated with the injury that is happening on him.
It surprises me to see him retire amid interest that has come from MLS club.
