Not in this one, only in the wallet you sent GOLD tokens from, there is one pending transaction before you send GOLD to marketplace

I found that there is some problem indeed, looks like you have sent to Digital Gold Marketplace 3 transaction, and one of them is unsuccessful for sure because there was this pending one with lower nonce I told you about earlier, it was pending for 20 hours when i checked last time, now I see is accepted finally

my assumption that stucked/pending transaction with lower nonce caused all of this, i had same problem some time ago on ETH network as i have mentioned earlier

no worry you will get it back just wait for support and try to contact them again

I advise to try chat and send one more message using contact form if there is not reply after 48H
