90% of the design is very similar to Bitcasino I've logged in an Empire account and it's exactly the same as the casino next door no difference at all.

Seeing that their license is different even though it's the same design I wouldn't mind that it's early days on the forum and we'll see how it goes here.

I also thought that Empire was still owned by the same company but that has been denied by them so now just trust me.
