I'd like to express my doubts about the funds' loss and account closure situation because the claim of receiving an account closure email isn't accurate in my case – I never received any such email and if my account was closed Look attached, my account is closed but you guys still send me emails? I NEVER delete any of my emails and I have every emails received from FortuneJack. There's no such thing as an email about the closure of the account. What I think is that the warning message was sent internally in my account but not in my email and that's why I didn't see it. If I lost the funds, you guys still failed to send an email about the closure.
