In the last 9 years, Ronaldo missed a little over 20 club games because of illnesses or injuries. The longest break he had was 59 days in 16/17 because of a torn collateral ligament. Apart from that he barely missed any games and most likely got breaks every now and then when it was claimed that he had some illness. Every player can get injured, but he is among those that are less prone to injuries. That has nothing to do with his focus on scoring goals.
