But I am sure that if Guardiola had ever coached the best PSG team they had in recent years, they would have had a much higher chance of being way more dominant in every single competition and they would have a different squad. He would have added some decisive players on some positions and he would have taken care of a well balanced team.
It's possible for any coach if a team is willing to give them a chance for a few seasons instead of just 1 or 2 seasons. Manchester City gave Pep Guardiola many opportunities and they also put a lot of faith in Pep by following his wishes and plans every season, as a result Pep Guardiola really succeeded in proving that.

Every trainer can experience the same thing if they get good support financially and stay longer. At PSG there is a lot of pressure especially because they have set high targets every season in the Champions League. Not a single coach has won that title for PSG yet, but Luis Enrique has a chance to do so if the two things I said are fulfilled by PSG.

Yes but I bet you could give Pochettino ten seasons with the best PSG team and they wouldn't be where Manchester City has been all the time. Winning the Champions League is not only skill, but also luck and sometimes a team gets eliminated despite being better. Manchester City gave Guardiola many opportunities because everyone could see that he was once again building a real monster. I doubt that anyone thought Pochettino or Gaultier are building a monster in Paris.

The next thing is that a good coach without money or money without a good coach is both bad. Graham Potter was the Chelsea coach when they broke all records with their investments into new players. Yet the team crashed into a wall. Guardiola + Manchester City is a great combination obviously. I am sure that Chelsea wouldn't have ended like that if Guardiola was there and had the same amount of money to buy new players.
