Manchester City gave Pep Guardiola many opportunities and they also put a lot of faith in Pep by following his wishes and plans every season, as a result Pep Guardiola really succeeded in proving that.
Every trainer can experience the same thing if they get good support financially and stay longer. The next thing is that a good coach without money or money without a good coach is both bad. Graham Potter was the Chelsea coach when they broke all records with their investments into new players. Yet the team crashed into a wall. Guardiola + Manchester City is a great combination obviously. I am sure that Chelsea wouldn't have ended like that if Guardiola was there and had the same amount of money to buy new players.
