You can open another ticket to get the support team answer on this matter to know exactly what's the matter on this and they will provide further clarifications on this.So try to ask them first of all and make updates here if you don't get any firm response from their end but this issue will be solved as well.
Yes, maybe that's the only way to get an answer why the bets are limited, if there really is a system that detects fraudulent behavior there must be some reason, after all, their CS is quite active recently making tickets and they responded well, no problem, I'm also sure that they will explain very well what the actual problem with limit bets is.
I think if you don't get a reply here complaining about any problems it will also be useless in this thread, make a ticket or ask their CS directly so they can solve the real problem why the account and bets are limited, because it's impossible for rollbit to do that if there's no reason certain. there must be a reason that might be understandable.
I agree that having a chat with the CS would be the better idea, it is not really looking like it is going to be any different than that and it would definitely help a lot more than here. I am not saying complaints shouldn't be written here, if you want to you can do that very much so, you have the right to do that but if you really want to then I would guess that it is going to be a bit different on the long run.
I think it is much better if you could somehow work it out one way or another. This means that contacting customer support is the best way to do it because they will be getting the ticket in their system that way and can't close it until it is solved, and that's what they will aim at doing, so you will get help.
