This is quite complicated, the staff has a record of you losing the bet but you have a screenshot of not getting a card and lose the bet. I believe this is a technical glitch but it is a question if whether Rollbit will accept your proof and give their time to investigate your case. From the answer of the chat support, they have the record of the bet losing so I believe they will consider the case closed and you lose that bet.

Sorry for the late reply. First, I have no idea why would Rollbit show you another bet, instead, I think that was the actual bet of the glitch but it was made complicated when there is none of that bet in your history. It is actually strange to think that it doesn't appear in your bet history...
I'll reach Razer about this, see if he can take this matter into his hand and take another look at your case. Meanwhile, I am re-uploading your screenshots through imgtalk for visibility. Just to be sure we cover every ground from your side, namely every proof you can provide, can you perhaps share the rest of the conversation with their support? I can see it's only partial.

Maybe you could base on the money you had before and after the said bets and ask from them why your other games don't appear on the betting history, otherwise it's hard for us here to know who is right or who is wrong with just part of the story.Why would Rollbit show me another bets ?

I had it at Stake and within the next day it was resolved.
