Some posts with 0 merit [regardless of writing date] may be posts/topics that may have been ignored by local board merit source or may also be posts/topics that have no quality at all. Some posts with 2 - 5 merit may still deserve get more merit because of their quality, but will there be any exceptions to that?
Generally I don't have a problem with that but many tend to send Merits to posts that have already received Merits, If you check your account, you will find that any post that has earned +1 merits, there is a high probability that you will get more for the same post. So I'm looking for posts with zero merits to encourage others.
