Before listing a users application, make sure you take a look at it because Upgrade application has nothing to do with the Nigeria local board (and although he's a Nigerian I can't remember the last time he was active on that board) no offense dear. If theymos is looking to add more source atleast they should be those that are very active on the board and the two users above have our support and if Upgrade changes his mind and begin to be active on the local board he'll get my support but for now I think his application is for the general board (which I support for that aspect).
Ps: While on this matter I also need a rise theymos (my allocation is too poor).

We are open for his contributions towards the local board, but however, as our people popular says "If a finger touches oil it surely affects all" meaning if upgrade application is being honored I don't think he would forget his people so soon just as Hugeblack is doing currently, he is from our locals but he is spreading out his merits to our locals and that of others as well.
