Some posts with 0 merit
[regardless of writing date] may be posts/topics that may have been ignored by local board merit source or may also be posts/topics that have no quality at all. Some posts with 2 - 5 merit may still deserve get more merit because of their quality, but will there be any exceptions to that?

I had the same question. Some post with 2-5 merit may still deserve more merits. But the problem is the posts I meant they are in my local board. So there isn't much merit. But if it were in the international thread I am sure I would get more merit.
I previously made a comment regarding this. But I think hugeblack deleted that.
P.s: The post that I am talking about are not originally mine but it was a translation work for Gazetabitcoin. I translated it to my local language with his permission. And I think they were useful posts. There is another problem my local board doesn't have their own board for now. so we can't post separately. We just reply or quote with each other. So those posts gets lost in below. I hope you would read this. Thank you.
