Yes it is a great way of promotion and introduction to start in this forum, at least see the response of this forum community how to test game on this site with free money, but I don't see any sign below that there is free $5 from OP for new users, but is it just bonus money and cannot be withdrawn at the end if used and win in the game.

We cant be sure about the $5 free bonus since OP is not giving more details about it such as whether there is wagering requirement or not, whether it is withdrawable or not, but I believe it is real money that can be cashed out.
