PSG wants to keep Mbappe for a long plan and does not want to lose him. However they are realistic that if they have to let him go, they want money from a transfer fee. The relationship between PSG and Mbappe is complicated like this and with the player willingness to join Real Madrid as well as win more big titles from Champions League to Ballon d'Or, PSG actually are facing with a very tough case.

The PSG team has been trying hard for the past few seasons to build the team to secure the Champions League title. But despite having the best players in the world in the squad, the team failed to perform well in the Champions League. I don't think PSG team can perform well in any league other than League One.
