I really agree with what you said, if in fact this loss limitation is not the responsibility of the casino, but our own responsibility to manage finances or manage our own responsibility not to continuously spend money just to have fun because what is the responsibility of the casino is only to provide space for gamblers to gamble and have fun according to their respective responsibilities and some casinos have also issued warnings if gambling is responsible, which means if the casino is not part of that responsibility.

From what I've seen on this forum and even in other corners of the internet, when you have a player who manages to win money constantly in sports betting, that person puts little money into the casino and wins to the point of making their deposit amount 3x or 5x and then withdraw most of the money and continue playing and winning again, so in a few months this player will be limited, the casino will reduce his betting amount, in many cases the casino reduces his betting amount to something like 3$ or 7$ or $21 maximum that person can place on each bet

then when that person stops using the casino that limited him and creates an account at another casino and does the same thing of depositing and playing and when he wins more than 3x or 5x of the amount he deposited at that other casino and withdraws and continues playing with the small amount that is left in the casino and this person continues to win, then this other casino will limit this person again but this time the limit will be increased and this person will only be able to bet with a maximum of 3$. when that person goes to the third casino and puts money in that other third casino and still wins 3x or 5x of the amount they deposited and withdraws most of it and continues playing, then that person will be limited again
