That's exactly what happened.
I just want to tell the full story to make it more clear: In the first time, I only have USDT in my Binance account. Normally, I deposit to Duelbits via USDT-BEP20 (Binance Smart Chain). I wagered more than 125k$ in Duelbits and most of the time, I only deposit via USDT-BEP20. But this time, Binance disabled USDT-BEP20 withdrawal due to maintenance, and I don't really want to withdraw via USDT-ERC20 because it costs more fee and I think it's nonsense. So that I converted $350 USDT to TRX in Binance because I only want to deposit $350 to Duelbits. After conversion, I immediately create a withdraw order to send to Duelbits. But I made a biggest mistake in this step, instead of choosing TRX, I chose USDT instead. Because I know that my TRX balance is equivalent to $350 so that I pressed "MAX" button, that's the reason why I sent $2418 USDT, a huge amount. Right after I press the "Submit" button on Binance account and the page reload, I realized that I made something very wrong. I immediately pressed the "Report" button on the
withdrawall order and hope that it will stop sending the transaction, but it doesn't work.

So I think it is not right to attach credibility and reputation here, since it is the user's fault that he sent the fund to the wrong address. The most the Duelbits can do here is to consider the request but they are not obliged to do so.

I still hope that Duelbits gives consideration since the amount lost is not small.

All clear, there are warning notification about TRX address deposit fund available for TRX coins only not for USDT with TRC20 network, I think its fatal mistake from OP because Duelbit have warning based on above picture. I think have winning solution between OP or Duelbit teams about refunded if any possibility but OP need to pay refund service fees based on happening when sending in exchange wallet but we use difference network kinds and still not supported yet in exchange market.

For every one before depositing fund in gambling platform account see their term of service, which one network allowed and supported for depositing because not all exchange will supported all network for depositing our fund.

Actually, the warning message has just updated recently when they upgrade to Duelbits v2.0 (I think at around mid August). Below is the old UI, I took a screenshot right after I made a mistake

But that's not the point here. I don't blame them. I know that it's all my mistake, I know that I can lost my money if I send wrong asset even though the warning message isn't clear enough. I just do whatever I can to fix my mistake as long as there is no official answer from Duelbits support.
