I am not sure about that , in the moment they are not showing it or showed that the last 3 weeks in the league.
They have to improve very big and fast to get back of one of the best teams in Germany.
I would rate them at the moment on place 6 around because other teams just better now.

Teams like Union Berlin, Hoffenheim, Stuttgart, Bayern Leverkusen, Leipzig, and others improved in the league past season, and it showed in their performances. However, towards the end of last season, several of them were unable to maintain the pressure and failed to make it into the top four, whereas Dortmund, after a poor start last season, managed to finish second in the league.

I understand that those clubs are performing admirably, but consistency is the key here, and that is the only reason I will place Dortmund ahead of them; otherwise, they are performing admirably and have a strong team.
