I am sure that the team is working much on improving their performance this season in champions league. Last season they weren't much of a threat to other club. Seems the players play much on the peach and most player gets injured. I think what the team needs is someone who will motivate them on the peach and increase their anxiety to paly better.

Xavi knew that Manchester City players have outstanding qualities, so Barcelona recruited some of them. Gundogan and cancelo have become parts of barcelona right now. Xavi knew that if he must be improving the team a lot to compete at the top competition in the european continent.
