It says Please wait 48 hours for your account information and there might be some missing text like "To get verified" or something similar. As their Bitcointalk representative already said, you should be able to withdraw your funds now. Try to withdraw your funds and let the community know if it went through or you may need some additional help from them.

That's the common thing when players write a complain against a platform. Most of the players does not write the full story. They write their part which makes them look like they are the victim. This is why we always asks for screenshots, chat logs and other information from the players. You might see these things in the future as well. It will be best if you prepare yourself already.
