You called it wrong where PSV is not in F and they are in Group A. Group F is filled with PSG, Dortmund, Ac Milan and Newcastle United which makes Group F have the tightest level compared to other groups. I think these 4 teams have different strengths in the depth of their squad and their lack of consistency in the first match will make it difficult for them to compete closely to get through the group stage. Be it PSG or AC Milan, they have to try hard to beat their opponents in the first match. PSG has a squad that has had quite a lot of changes in this transfer window so it will be quite difficult to predict their game in the Champions League this season.

However, AC Milan is a very strong team this season . After a good performance last season, AC Milan management has tried to strengthen their squad this season. And so far they seem successful. Milan have won all three SerieA matches. If we compare the current performances of the four teams in Group F, PSG and Milan are the favourites. Because the performance of Newcastle and Dortmund is a bit unstable at the moment. Even so, as all four teams have excellent squads. So there is no way to see any prediction about this group for sure.
