We never know, there are people who got scammed for huge amounts of money without receiving anything. There are also people who are insane and spend huge amounts of money without any reason. We even see some managers betting a million dollars for a mere prediction knowing he will lose the bet. Anyone can do a stunt just for publicity. But still, I think this is a bad joke
. I know that there are some people who paid a lot for the items that weren't of any value but they did because of love and curiosity. This time if the thread was created as a joke then that's okay otherwise I don't think that anyone would be naive enough to give 1 BTCitcoin to someone who is just offering 2 pizzas.
