You need to have that strong will to quit away or to control your involvement with gambling, if you really wanted to stop or lessen your

For instance, as a gambler, if you always make a budget for the money you intend to gamble with, there is no way you would not stop gambling after you have lost all the money you intend to gamble with. But if the gambler doesn't make a budget and a decision about the amount of money they are willing to gamble with, there is every possibility that the person can gamble with all the money they have in their account without minding that the money is supposed to be for other important stuff.
So, I think that having a budgeted gambling amount will first of all make the gambler aware that they only have a specific amount that is allocated for the gambling, and if the money gets finished, they need to stop.
True, if the gambler can only use the amount that they can afford to lose and never to exceed or add any additional money once they lose the game, they can be classified as responsible gambler, though most of the time addicted gambler can't resist the call of playing back as long as they've got money inside their wallet or saving they will keep trying.
The only time they will realize the mistake is when there's nothing left and with an obligation that needed to address, they will regret such a mistake playing un-responsibly.
