I saw your thread and it's closed now, the good thing here is that at least also update this post of yours that the bc.game has helped you out and got your deposit back although it took 10 days but it's been resolved. As for that mistake you've made of forgetting the memo, I guess if that happens for the second time around, it's your fault.do i need to make a thread about my problem too in the scams sections?
I think there's no harm in waiting for the bc.game team to respond to you again and solve your case problem so that it can be resolved immediately and there is nothing that makes you uncomfortable playing there, sometimes we need to be patient to solve problems and maybe they will reply to you immediately if they come back again. 
Yup, just take puregrinding's case for example. It took time for him but everything has been well and resolved.
