I am totally agree. As for now, we are changing a lot of the 3rd services we use (like for email notifications). Also we expanding our team to fix everything what the users have faced. And this is the top priority to make users experience on the platform as smooth as possible.

In the process of trying to fix those aforementioned issues, have you been able to rectify the identified user problem by giving the user the option to withdraw their funds from your casino so that they can either play somewhere else or try using the funds for something else?
