I don’t even rate the players at Chelsea so much, they are young and they still lack experience amongst them. Most of the players in the club currently are new to the league and still battling to settle in with the league’s intensity and high competitive playing style.

Chelsea made a huge mistake letting all the experienced players in the team leave in one transfer window.

I think Chelsea management doesn't seem to understand the recruitment they are doing. Even though Chelsea is a big team, they should not make blunders in the transfer window. Indeed, they recruited quality players in their old team, but when they officially joined Chelsea the new players failed to show their best development.

Pochettino will certainly be the target of ridicule if defeat continues to haunt them this season. I think Chelsea's new players need time to adapt to the EPL style of play. Other teams are very strong after making changes in the transfer window but Chelsea is not like that.

I think Tood boehly should be able to adjust their budget for next season's transfer window. He has to see the return on the investment he has made in these 2 seasons. Will he succeed, or continue to see Chelsea fall below the top 10.
