You are right, both players are having good forms and playing well, scoring goals etc, most especially Joao Felix who has underperformed in couple of seasons now. With Felix and Cancelo performing well; it means Barcelona needs to prepare another loan offer for both players because they cannot afford to sign them both

They both are spectacular players. Cancelo performed great when he was at City and at Bayern too. While Felix also is a very good dribbler but his finishing lacks a bit. I think both City and Atletico are gonna ask a huge money. City might find it easy to allow Cancelo to leave for 70-80m but Felix is definitely gonna go for over or near 100 m.

Possible that Barcelona might get them for loan again because both players are having hard relationship with their respective clubs and while there are no buyers, the only viable way is to send them out on loan again.
