Pochettino, who has experience in the EPL, should realise that when young players are released without any senior players, it will clearly make them chaotic.
The individual quality of some of the players at Chelsea even though they are young but I think some of them are very good it's just that when no one can be used as a leader on the field then it becomes difficult.
You're making some valid points here because when I look at the team, all I see are inexperienced players, I still don't understand the reason behind giving Reece James the captain band, we have Tiago silver in the team yet Reece James that's not even active in most of the games for the season is been given the captaincy. The worst is making chilwell the assistant and that means he'll always be the captain because Reece James isn't always present. What leadership experience does Chilwell has or has anyone seen him demonstrate on the pitch. I'm sure Pochettino wasn't the brain behind this decisions and it was Todd Boehly idea to reward academy boys that give loyalty to the club. We lack experience totally in the squad and that's why we have been losing games that we should take all 3 points and look forward to the big games to draw.
Joao Felix has always been a player with huge potentials; when on loan at Chelsea and playing at Atletico Madrid, he was not able to demonstrate his true expertise as a footballer. Now that he has an opportunity to do so, he is regaining the fan’s attention and love. I've always believed that if given the chance elsewhere, he can accomplish big things, and he's already proven at Barcelona that he's worth relying on.
I seriously don't understand why he was asked to leave the club by Pochettino because he feels he won't fit into his system. Didn't he know Nkunku isn't a very active player and always on injuries leave. Joao Felix was one of our best players last season even when everyone was playing rubbish, he stood out of the crowd because of his talent yet he didn't get a permanent move to the club. If he was around we could have been using him in place of Nkunku by now and even when Nkunku is fine the coach could have played him in another position. We didn't do our thinking right because that was the beginning of Pochettino mistakes in the squad. I hear Chelsea were looking to bring him back in January, I just hope he decide to forgive the club and come back because Chelsea is seriously in need of players like him or we'll be in a position that'll be worst than last season.
