Yeah. They have clearly been losing players like crazy in recent years thanks to all the scam accusations against them etc and their similarweb ranking reflects that which shows some thousands of visits every month.

In comparison, their big brother(1xbet) is sadly still doing really well according to similarweb ranking which shows millions of visits every month.

Sure that web is bigger and I think it goes for a more aggressive marketing strategy as well, they even try to sponsor influencers in Youtube which may be unaware of their infamous track record.

Interestingly enough, they do not try to go for gambling streamers but also gaming streamers, who many not be in touch with what casinos are worth it, basically the deceive their sponsor to throw their followers into their claws and have a good chance to scam all of them.
