Utilizing the squad available now is not the solution to targeting a trophy at the end of the season. With Real Madrid's 3-1 defeat last night, I think Ancelotti has realized what he has to do with the club management.

Atletico Madrid might be going through some problems but they are one of the best teams in La Liga. They have all of the best players that can take advantage of any lapses. The cause of this defeat is purely defensive. The central defenders couldn't handle the aerial balls coming from the flanks. García and Vázquez were under pressure during counterattacks but Rudiger and Alaba left some of Atletico's strikers unmarked. It is normal for big clubs like Madrid to lose games but their ability to put the loss behind them and keep winning future games is what will determine how they will end the season.
