Pochettino should be given more time to prove his worth, but if during the first half of the season he fails, then I agree Chelsea should sack him.

Nicolas Jackson is nothing like Harry Kane at Tottenham and Pochettino cannot imagine it will be the same. I tend to hope Sterling can play on the left wing and play Noni Madueke/ Mykhaylo Mudryk on the right wing to help Jackson as a center forward. But Enzo Fernández and Conor Gallagher have to play as central midfielders so that Cole Palmer can play as an attacking midfielder.
