The coach is not only the person who gives technical instructions, he must also know how to motivate the players off the field, talk to the players and solve their personal problems. Even in the simplest management games, you, as the coach, solve the unrest in the team. In real life, the coach needs to be more functional. Therefore, if Osimhen feels that he is alone, it would be the coach's mistake. Everyone experiences problems, the important thing is to get through this process.
