Yes, obeying your own rules to limits gambling is indeed difficult if you are already addicted to gambling, but all this can be prevented if gambler are able to thinks clearly and can do it responsibly so that they can controls themselves and still be able to set these limits so that they don't experience too much many losses because they are able to obey the rules that they themselves apply.
and this is very important to apply to every gambler not to overdo it when playings so that they can still create limits when gambling.
