It must be admitted that Luciano Spalletti's magic is still greater than that of Rudi Garcia and it is a bit unfortunate that Spalleti's departure comes at a time when Napoli are starting to recover and it's just a matter of how they can continue to be consistent this season. I don't think Napoli will be as scary as last season's Champions League and being able to qualify from Group F to the last 16 is a pretty good result. Of course, Rudi Garcia must be able to achieve almost the same achievements as last season, but with the current situation which is quite chaotic, of course that will be difficult to achieve.
UEFA Champions League is here, I can predict if Napoli can push far this season because they seems to be strugling in Seria A games. A coach is incharge, this is his first season incharge, there's alot he would learned, we just have to keep things brief because Rudi Garcia have plans for the club, it can't happen immediately but as time passes, we would witnessed an entire new club. The former coach, Luciano Spalleti gave them the scudetto last season, he's presence matters alot, quitting pulled frustration on the team, they declined in performance a little bit. However they will keep pushing for good results under the new boss.
I think the transition of a coach is very natural within a club but sometimes things don't go so smoothly. However, as long as some players or even most players still remain at the club, it could be the most important thing to continue the existing traditions. Now Napoli may be experiencing quite a crucial match but overall they are still one of the best teams in the Champions League competition. Seeing that the Italian representatives dominated until the final round last season, of course this time they will again be able to increase the plus points of each team, including Napoli. So for now we can only see existing developments first.
