The wallets share the same phrase, so those funds in other chains are also not safe. There is enough BnB to cover up the transaction fee. Create a new wallet and move that out.
May I ask you how you have found that? You have a used a special explorer to find that? Because on Polygonscan I only see the MATIC transactions and on Ethplorer I don't see anything, 0 tokens are found by it.
