Yes , worst try to bump the thread. Usually meme projects are advertised in such way in other social pages and projects manage contest for shilling. The OP of this thread also doing same method but it will not work here in this forum.

bumping changes on some boards which include Announcements (Altcoins) these accounts have zero merits and will not affect the topic's pumping.
My guess is that the reason for this is to make the service appear legitimate by giving false responses that there are users who have tried the service and that it is good. leaving a warning to alert those who do not know anything about the forum will be sufficient Or he may be a user who knows nothing about the forum and will notice that topic is always at the bottom no matter how hard he bumped it with newbie accounts.
