Most of the users who are complaining must be doing something wrong in terms of account creation, verification or might be using VPN or something illegal activity that makes their account suspicious and thus they end up in locked up situation such as this one. I hardly think Duelbits has shortfall of funds and that’s why they are not paying some random users instantly. It’s matter of security for sure. For as long as Duelbits has enough user base and money back I don’t think they have to halt someone’s payment for no reason. Hope so the said user gets there soon.
Whatever their reasons are for halting his payment, they should have provided him a proper explanation as to why it's taking so freaking long for his KYC documents to get verified which usually finishes in minutes for most people.
@CALcaraz could be hiding something from us though we will never know unless their someone from their support team clarifies their side of the story in this thread.
